HouseCalls Automated Appointment Reminder Phone Calls Now Available

As of April 8, 2008, our office will begin offering HouseCalls automated courtesy calls to remind you of upcoming appointments.  HouseCalls is a personalized appointment reminder system that will call your house two days prior to your next appointment and deliver an informative message pertaining to your upcoming appointment.

After you hear your appointment reminder, HouseCalls will allow you to confirm your appointment, replay the message or cancel your appointment if you cannot keep it.  HouseCalls is scheduled to call you between 5:30-8:00pm, and if you are not available a message will be left on your answering machine.

HouseCalls will allow us to offer a higher level of service and a more efficient means of communication.  Additionally, HouseCalls will enable our staff to fully concentrate on serving you during your visit.
