Our Nurse Practitioners

In addition to the physicians of our group, our certified nurse practitioners are available for your routine gynecologic and obstetrical care, problem visits, and contraceptive counseling needs within our office.  Our nurse practitioners are experienced obstetrical registered nurses with advanced education and training in obstetrics and gynecology.



Alisa Lukas graduated from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and received her Master's in Nursing degree, specializing in Women's Health from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Alisa is licensed in the state of New York and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau, the Nursing Honor Society.

 Alisa has practiced as a labor and delivery registered nurse, specializing in high risk obstetrics. She has also taught women's health care as a professor and clinical instructor for undergraduate and graduate nursing students at the University of Connecticut and the University of Saint Joseph. As a nurse practitioner, Alisa enjoys caring for women of all ages.



Sandra Moore graduated from the University of Rochester with both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in Nursing, specializing in Women's Health.  Prior to her practice as a Nurse Practitioner, she worked both as a Licensed Practical Nurse and a Registered Nurse in clinical research at Strong Memorial Hospital.



Emily Osgood graduated from State University of New York at Brockport with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Emily received her Master's Degree in Nursing from St. John Fisher College.

Emily is a qualified advanced practice nurse with New York State FNP license and AANPCP certification. In addition to 600 hours of NP clinical experience, Emily has 7 years of clinical experience as an RN with a focus on maternal-child, pediatric, and home care nursing.

 Emily previously worked as a registered nurse in labor and delivery, newborn nursery, and special care nursery.



Beverly Shaheen graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. with a bachelor's degree in nursing and received her master's degree from the University of Rochester.  Her nurse practitioner education focused on women's health care as an obstetrical/gynecologic clinician.

Bev is licensed in the state of New York and is a member of the American Nurses Association; the Association of Women's Health, Obstetrics and Neonatal Nurses; the Genesee Valley Nurses Association; Sigma Theta Tau; the Nursing Honor Society; Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health (NPWH); the American Association of Nurse Practitioners; and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  She is a certified specialist in injectable contraceptive counseling and a certified Grief Counselor.
